Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Houston at Hwy 6 & Westpark

I have been staying in Houston for my mom's cancer treatment. We stayed here for a couple of weeks and everyone was so nice. We came back again for the second round of treatments and they even gav3 us the same room in the larger building. Great family running the place. I recommend. The only negative is that the breakfast is very short and ends at 830am.

I couldn't say nothing bad about it..ita a hotel and well the staff treats u as u come and present urself..the managers were all nice to me..except the older lady..the young gentlemen was nice and so was the manager..but omg...I finally went back there to confirm that my check out had been posted to fema..Pya if ur reading this..you stole my heart! U are just what every gentlemen would want from a woman. I want to say u are very professional and u did ur job very well I felt so welcomed by the staff! But you will forever have a warm place inside my heart..if corporate reads this..this hotel staff deserves a recognition for the service..they treated me well..I would definitely recommend it..and the location is good..they have plenty of food within walking distance..sigh..I miss seeing her smile..she's so dreamy..Pya with the most respect in the world..I'm sending u a huge warming hug and a kiss wich I know I'll always dream of having...mmuazh love you guys thanks for making me feel welcomed!! Ohh and sunny patel...thanks for the icee beverage!!

The staff was very accommodating. Especially the young lady that was working the night I arrived. Very friendly. This was a personal trip but will be using this hotel for all my business stays. Definitely worth driving the distance from I-10. Quite and really clean rooms.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable with clean linen on each one. We had a full kitchenette, 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, lots of cabinets to store things in, and a small sink. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Overall the room was perfect, well priced for what all was in it, its in a good location, and the staff was friendly. This motel was only about 4 1/2 miles from I 10. There is a walmart next door, with plenty of other stores very close by. I highly recommend this motel to anyone needing a motel in that area.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The iron and microwave was appreciated, nice lighting as well. The only downside was the breakfast, limited options that were not as impressive. The waffle batter was too watery. This was not a major issue though, as there are many eateries in the surrounding area. Nevertheless, the experience was comfortable with satisfactory staff.

While they are prime real estate, the rooms are not what they make up to be on the website. It wouldn't be such a problem paying the high fee if the rooms were worth it, but my room had paint patches in the wall, holes in the sheets, dead roaches in the bathroom... just horrible. The front desk was very nice and helpful but just wished for the amount of money that the room looked a little better. On the website the picture indicates room has a stand in shower...but it does not.

One of a kind place, staff is nice they're all very accommodating. Super clean rooms I've tried palace inn a few times and I'm happy I stopped spending my money there. I can see my money and the more value for it here.

I for one can say that I truly loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and relaxing. Most noteworthy is the staff. Every single person we spoke with had the best attitude. The owner and his wife was super phenomenal and caring.Never have I experience such warm and kind service which creates such a inviting atmosphere.This location is in a quiet spot but close to everything. Definitely would recommend anyone to come and experience what home feels like away from home. I am looking forward to my next stay here when time and business permits.
